Our flight was cancelled on the Sunday evening ahead of the Monday morning. Carole kept in contact throughout the night as our tour operator and Leanne was on call - she was amazing! I cannot thank the team enough for managing to reschedule the trip. The customer service was exceptional and made a potentially very stressful situation very calm for me to deal with as trip leader. The advice and communication was excellent. This is why I wouldn't go with anyone but WST. The best school tour operator anyone could wish for - we know we are in safe hands with WST, no matter how big or small the problem might be.

Staff at WST over the years have always been helpful and are always on hand to answer any questions, look at any requests/requirements. I really like that you are allocated one person to co-ordinate your trip but in their absence anyone else is ‘happy’ to answer questions/find out on their colleague’s behalf.
The organisation stage with Rebecca was excellent – I cannot fault her customer service and we will use WST in the future. It was a really well organised trip.

As teachers across the country look to have a more diverse curriculum, I looked to change the battlefields we visited. I also wanted students to be more aware of the war beyond France and Belgium. Visiting Gallipoli is the perfect place for this.

I cannot thank Ilona enough for the huge amount of work she has put into our trip. This was my first time organising a trip abroad and she was extremely patient with me. She was very reliable and if I had any question, she’d answer my emails straight away with the information I needed. She has made our trip what it was. A very successful experience for me as staff and for our students.
Leanne always got back to me on the same day as my enquiry, even if it was just to say she was working on it. It gave me great confidence that my issue was being dealt with. Also, when I was contacted by another member of the team all this information still reached Leanne. I was actually really happy that other team members were involved, because then if I couldn’t get hold of Leanne, I knew someone else would be able to help me.
Where to begin. What an amazing trip to Paris. You girls were a credit to the school. We faced our fears together and became a stronger team! I am so excited for what this year brings for us as a squad. A big thank you to Sport Experiences and Elite Netball for making the trip so magical for our girls, we may see you next year!
We will be booking next year immediately on Monday and I’d love to have the same guides! Cannot thank Anglia Tours enough, arguably this trip is much better for my school as we are in a deprived area so the cost is lower but it’s also a less daunting trip for my students. Thank you again.
