Best School Tour Operator

In 2023 we were extremely delighted to win Best School School Tour Operator as Next Generation Travel at the School Travel awards, with WST now a six times winner of the award.

The School Travel Awards recognise organisations that go the extra mile for primary and secondary schools.

Organised by School Travel Organiser magazine, this special initiative celebrates learning outside the classroom and raises the profile and importance of school visits. 

 

Customer Service Excellence

As well as our passion for learning and extensive travel knowledge, Next Generation Travel are recognised for our customer service, as the only school tour operator to hold the Customer Service Excellence accreditation, continuously demonstrating that we ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

It doesn’t stop there, Next Generation Travel also holds an Investors in People Gold accreditation meaning we are committed to the development and success of our people too.

School Travel Forum Member

As a full member of the School Travel Forum, our brands adhere to a rigorous Code of Practice and Safety Management Standards that meet the requirements of DCSF guidelines and are externally verified each year.

Our flight was cancelled on the Sunday evening ahead of the Monday morning. Carole kept in contact throughout the night as our tour operator and Leanne was on call - she was amazing! I cannot thank the team enough for managing to reschedule the trip. The customer service was exceptional and made a potentially very stressful situation very calm for me to deal with as trip leader. The advice and communication was excellent. This is why I wouldn't go with anyone but WST. The best school tour operator anyone could wish for - we know we are in safe hands with WST, no matter how big or small the problem might be.

The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC) is a national charity that champions all learning that happens beyond the classroom (LOtC).

Using a provider of LOtC who holds the LOtC Quality Badge gives you peace of mind that they have been assessed for their quality of risk management and their education.

 

 

Anglia Tours for the Armed Forces

 

Anglia has twenty five years of experience of providing the full range of quality Battlefield Studies and Staff Rides for the Armed Forces.

We provide battlefield studies that range from a Realities of War package for the Initial Training Group, through battlefield studies for regular and reserve units, to high level staff rides for major UK and NATO headquarters.  

We are proud to hold the Silver Award which recognises our support and aligned values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
