STF Assured Membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers; consequently, it is an Awarding Body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.
The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge and requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers, and to require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place.
This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your organisation’s essential due diligence, and reduce the amount of unnecessary paperwork.

Very few of our tours have problems because every effort is made, and checks put in place, to ensure your tour plan is flawless. However, if an issue does arise, we are here to help. Our team of experienced tour consultants will be on hand during office hours (08:00 – 17:00 hrs) to support you whilst on tour, AND outside of office hours as well.
We have 24 hour emergency response cover for issues that need to be addressed urgently. Our emergency duty officers are fully briefed on all groups that are travelling and have access to all of your tour planning details, which means you have complete peace of mind whilst on tour, should the need arise to call us.

To support you with your tour planning and risk assessments, we offer 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation for 2 people based on a twin bedded room. Please note transport is not included and your tour must be for a minimum duration of 2 nights to qualify.
