Sport Experiences operate two netball festivals at Disneyland® Paris every April and October. While the format for these events is the same, there are different reasons why clubs and teams may choose to visit a particular time of year, depending on your individual preferences.

Spring is a great time to visit Disneyland® Paris. Taking place just before the Easter break, expect to enjoy mild temperatures, longer daylight hours, and possibly some spring sunshine, the perfect combination for keeping cool during the matches and when out exploring the Disneyland® Parks. In early spring, it’s generally less crowded too.
The Netball Festival in April takes place post-season, making it an ideal opportunity to celebrate the end of a great season and reward your players with an exciting trip to Disneyland® Paris. It’s the perfect time to reflect on individual and team performance, refine their skills on the court, and utilise what they have learned in competitive tournaments.
April allows teams to finish the season off with a bang, or to do some fine-tuning before the next key competition, with the highest standard of coaching and competitive match play against different teams from all over the country. It’s also a great opportunity for teams to have some precious non-netball time too.
If your players love everything spooky, pumpkin-spiced, and autumnal – our October Netball Festival is perfect! Expect to see plenty of pumpkins and dead-fun decorations, as Disneyland® Park transforms for the Disney Halloween Festival. Attending this time of year means you can enjoy the Halloween celebrations, and usually mild to cool temperatures whilst exploring the parks.
The Netball Festival in October takes place pre-season, so it’s a great way to get your players excited and improve their skills ahead of the next season commencing. With open minds and fresh attitudes, this is an ideal time for players to learn new skills and embrace team-building opportunities, ready to begin the new season strongly.
Start the season with bang in October half term to get your team netball ready on court with quality coaching and lots competitive matches against different styles, with the opportunity, alongside the netball, to develop your teams culture and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Attending at these different times of the year could benefit your players as we cover attacking, defending, basics, shooting, team challenges and game understanding. The match play and tournament has a great festival feel that everyone loves, giving lots of opportunity for everyone to get court time.
We have very talented group of coaches who coach the ability of the group in a positive and naturing environment recognising the main driver for each group. The coaches/teachers attending the event with their group of players will go away from the event with lots of new ideas, skills and drills to put into practise at home."
