Gothia Cup is the world's largest international youth football tournament. Each year, around 1700 teams from 80 nations take part and they play 4500 matches on 110 pitches.

The Gothia Cup 2024 will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden 14-20 July 2024.
Age Group
Boys & Girls Teams aged 11 - 18 can enter the competition. Your team must be a member of your FIFA affiliated national association or if you're a school, you must be affiliated by your school football association.
The fun starts with the famous Gothia Cup opening ceremony. Its the major gathering of the week when 50,000 people will pack the Ullevi Stadium to enjoy a two hour long show of music, dancing and fireworks.
After one week of pool matches the finals take place for those still left in the tournament. For those who have been eliminated, there is the opportunity to enjoy the finals as a spectator.
Accommodation ranges from staying in a local school using dorms and shared facilities, to standard hotel. You can also choose to organise your own accommodation. Your accommodation package can include a Meal Card and a Gothia Card, which includes a ticket to the opening ceremony, entrance to finals and use of public transport.
We can make changes to this sample itinerary to suit your needs. Additional visits will be an extra cost and this may also include additional coaching to allow for transfers and late departures.
