Costa Brava, on the North Coast of Barcelona, is popular with teams and school football tours from all across the world – and for good reason. It is home to the Lloret Soccer Cup, organised by Club Futbol de Tordera.
Having drawn a huge international field of participants across its 20 year history, the Lloret Soccer Cup is now known as a real celebration of football in a country that is passionate about the sport.
With a permanent place on the calendar of the Catalan Football Federation, participants in the tournament can battle it out on the pitch and make friends for life during and after the football games.
For three fantastic, fun-packed days of competition against teams from the UK and Spain, take your students who love and have a passion for football on a school trip to Spain.

Which football teams can take part?
We can arrange matches for boys/mixed teams aged 13 to 16, with matches based on 11 a-side and lasting 50 minutes. Local referees will officiate.
Location
During your Spanish football trip, you will be staying in a large hotel complex in the Lloret de Mar resort, which will be walking distance to your match and training pitches at Lloret de Mar Sports Complex. Facilities there include 2 grass pitches, 1 artificial pitch, and changing rooms.
The tournament is located in Lloret de Mar, where there are also a wealth of other tourist attractions to participate in, as well as cultural and historical landmarks to see. Plus, there’s always Disco Moby’s for socialising, the dedicated venue for both players and fans in the centre.

The beach is in walking distance, and Barcelona is just a one-hour drive away. Waterworld – where you can enjoy various rides, such as wave pools, rapid rivers, kamikaze - is just a five minute drive away. Plus, there’s Camp Nou Stadium of FC Barcelona to see, as well as Casa Milà, Park Guell, and La Sagrada Familia. With all this at your fingertips, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

We can arrange flights from a range of UK airports to Barcelona or Girona airport, where you will be met by your Tour Manager, who will accompany you on your coach transfer to your accommodation.
